Why I'm standing

I'm running to make sure Napier stays a place where people can trust the basics are being looked after. That means fair and sustainable rates, infrastructure that works, and decisions made with transparency and care. My motivation is to ensure residents feel confident their voices matter and that every dollar delivers value, strengthening Napier so our people and place can prosper now and for generations to come.

About me

I bring strong governance experience, sound knowledge of local government, and a reputation for being prepared and reliable. My commercial background and community involvement give me insight into both business realities and community needs. I've built wide networks across residents, local business, iwi and community groups. I'm committed to listening to our community and future-focused leadership, ensuring Napier thrives while staying accountable to the people we serve.

My priorities
  1. Put people first by keeping rates fair and ensuring services deliver real community value.
  2. Build trust with reliable infrastructure that supports daily life and strengthens our city.
