Why I'm standing

I believe we are obliged to do what we can to ensure future generations can enjoy our waterway as I have.

About me

I have a strong background in rural business management including being a practical farmer. My role in setting up the catchment group networks from scratch is driven by a desire for individuals to take responsibility to mitigate their impact on the environment.

My priorities
  1. Promote a non-regulatory approach to freshwater management supported with baseline regulation.
  2. Have an effective council willing to make decisions that support community expectations.
  3. Ensure ratepayers get value for money.
