Why I'm standing

Time and again, ratepayers have been let down with higher rates, more bureaucracy and wasteful projects while core services are neglected. It is time to give council a wake-up call and get back to basics – working infrastructure and value for money.

About me

I am a business owner with a track record of solving problems, cutting waste, and holding decision-makers accountable. I will keep rates affordable, protect essential services like flood protection and river management, and ensure every dollar is tracked. I bring practical experience, disciplined leadership, and a results-focused approach. Local government should serve residents, not itself, and I will restore common sense, fairness, and value for every ratepayer.

My priorities
  1. Cut waste and keep rates low by focusing council on essentials only.
  2. Remove red tape so homes and businesses can grow affordably.
  3. Champion property rights for ratepayers looking to develop their property and land.
