Why I'm standing

I see two Papakura communities that coexist; rich and poor. I wish to serve those who have been overlooked and give voice to advocate for their needs. To bring unity and equity for everyone with their lifestyles.

About me

I come with a wide range of experiences that include music, dance, multi-media and literacy communication skills. My heritage is multi-faceted; descending from Māori, Moriori and Tongan descent as part of Te Moana Nui a Kiwa and Kiwi-European. I am therefore open to the voice of diversity and inclusion with an ear to hear. I have a passion for people to feel valued.

My priorities
  1. Activate youth by becoming a bridge for youth to become better informed, engaged and proactive.
  2. Minimise the spread of urban sprawl and promote sustainable development and protect rural beauty.
  3. Provide ease and speed of access for any community member to obtain direct ears of council.
