Why I'm standing

I am a current Councillor and keen to progress and complete work underway or planned. I like getting things done.

About me

I have 15 years experience as Councillor and in depth knowledge of the district having lived here for 27 years. I have a strong commitment to getting things done for the benefit of the communities and have a proven record of that. I have the time to continue making a big contribution as a Councillor. I want to ensure our district continues to be a great place to live and visit.

My priorities
  1. Negotiate a regional deal with the Government that benefits all of our communities.
  2. Identify alternative sources of funding for infrastructure and services to reduce rates burden.
  3. Provide excellent representation at the council table for all communities.
