Why I'm standing

I have the business experience and the time as am retired. I believe am a viable candidate, maybe different to longstanding residents but diversity is healthy.

About me

As an owner of a construction business working in NZ and Australia I had plenty of governmental dealings at all levels. Just a fresh input. Diversity in management, cohesed into a team is not a bad thing.

My priorities
  1. Let the team know I am part of that team, no more, no less. I am there to help as part of the team.
  2. I don't have a hobby horse. Sharing the groups views I will add anything I can and support.
  3. Make council views and decisions a tiny percent better by putting my weight into the scrum.
