Why I'm standing

I am standing because after decades in the private sector it is time to give back to the community I now call home. I believe this is a moment of change and opportunity, and I am ready to put my experience to work so together we can shape Rangitikei into the home we all want it to be.

About me

I have spent the past 12 months in the room observing council and committee meetings and I currently serve as chair of the Hunterville Community Committee. I am ready to hit the ground running from the very first council meeting, bringing sound financial management, transparency and accountability to the council table.

My priorities
  1. Fix the Marton drinking water supply permanently.
  2. Implement a thorough replacement plan for Hunterville's ageing infrastructure.
  3. Find an 8% savings in expenses to balance the budget.
