Why I'm standing

I have put my hand up to be voted onto the Taranaki Regional Council to effect positive change for public transport because the NPDC looks after the bus stops but it is the TRC that actually manages the bus service.

About me

I have a background in public health and advocating for the often misrepresented. I have sat on many committees and been part of strategic decision making.

My priorities
  1. Advocate for passenger rail to connect us inter-regionally.
  2. Advocate for an improved bus service, increased frequency, longer hours and a weekend service.
  3. Make greater progress on cleaning our rivers.
