Why I'm standing

I'm running to invest in communities, infrastructure and our future. We need strong voices that know how to deliver on their values. I bring proven experience and a track record of getting things done for our community.

About me

As a two term community board member, I've delivered on my values: a permanent site for the South Christchurch Farmers Market, intersection and crossing upgrades across South Christchurch, safeguarding local library services while South Library is rebuilt, funding repairs to local roads, securing investment in the Somerfield Community Centre, funding the Ōpāwaho-Heathcote River Network to tackle ecological issues. I work collaboratively and effectively with residents and my colleagues to make a difference for you.

My priorities
  1. Support environmental regeneration across the Port Hills and Ōpāwaho River.
  2. Advocate for the best facility at South Christchurch Library and keep service provision local.
  3. Deliver a step change in transport so more people can walk, cycle and use public transport.
