Why I'm standing

I am running for election because we need to make decisions that make our city better not just for today but for generations to come. That means we need to embrace necessary change – more housing, transport options, climate action, and a modern waste and water system that lets our city grow and welcome more people.

About me

I have a proven track record of progressive, practical change that makes our city best. I led the most significant planning change in a generation, that will enable thousands of more affordable homes. I made our library system fines free, which led to a thirty percent increase in users in just three years. I am ready to work with others and get more done, not to get headlines but to get things done.

My priorities
  1. Build more homes of different types close to transport and where people want to live.
  2. Get water infrastructure sorted to welcome more people and be a more resilient city.
  3. Provide better, safer, low carbon transport choices so everyone can get around the city more easily.
