Why I'm standing

I love living in Carterton and the community we have. That's why I want to run, as I feel engagement from current council is almost a tick boxing exercise, and public opinion isn't overly wanted or considered. I want to ensure everyone has the opportunity to have their say and put forward ideas for council initiative and feel like they are being heard.

About me

I am a young ambitious candidate. I have multiple years experience in change management and widespread engagement. I believe I can bring a youthful flare to local government and help bring Carterton District Council into the 21st century and be able to connect with all residents we have in our great town.

My priorities
  1. Better engagement with communities.
  2. Ensure residents can use their toilets, showers and washing machines during every day of the year!
  3. Challenge the status quo of a sometimes stagnant Carterton District Council.
