Why I'm standing
Councils should be representative of their community including families and youth. I want the interests of these groups represented in decision-making. Diversity and a range of perspectives is crucial. I am committed and involved in our community, approachable and driven. I want to be involved in helping Carterton thrive with future generations at the forefront of our thinking.
About me
I don't claim to know everything, but I am always learning. I will listen to our locals, am committed to helping our community and actioning what I can. I am heavily involved in our community in the Carterton Kindergarten committee, Carterton Playcentre, the Montessori Charitable Trust and running for SES board. I have been a small business owner, am a mum to four young kids and have the passion and drive needed.
