Develop stormwater retention basins and catchment areas to protect against flooding, while also providing green spaces and habitats.
Increase the frequency and quality of street cleaning, especially in Riccarton and other areas where glass bottles are frequently smashed.
Allow residents to opt for smaller wheelie bins, at a reduced cost, and charge more for waste discarded at EcoDrop locations.
Promote anti-littering policy.
