But that may be about to change, with central government seeking to shift the delivery of Three Waters services to four new larger entities, which could borrow enough to upgrade the country’s water infrastructure.

Continue our good programme of investment in essential water, wastewater and stormwater. Unlike others, Manawatū District Council has invested well over many years.
Support the progressive environmentally friendly work being developed at new Feilding Resource Recovery Centre. Encourage waste reduction.
