Why I'm standing

I have seen our town being left to slowly downgrade and I wish to see this rectified and turned back into a vibrant positive town to live and for families to grow with positivity and to be proud of where they are educated and live.

About me

I have had extensive life experience in many facets. I am open to listening and debating to meet a suitable outcome. I have the ability to work with people from all walks of life in a creative and non judgemental manner. I am on the committee of the local RSA, deputy chair a marae to which I affiliate and am co-founder of the Ratepayers and Householders Association.

My priorities
  1. Reintroduce meetings with the public of the entire area to keep them informed of board activity.
  2. Work toward the improvement of the area by making it better for groups and families to be part of.
  3. Building the town back to the wonderful community it once was prior to being taken over by the DCC.
