The Waitai Coastal-Burwood-Linwood Community Board represents your local community and advocates to Christchurch City Council about local issues, including public transport and facilities such as libraries and parks. I had been president of the Christchurch-Fiji association for 18 years, justice of peace and voluntary community worker. I am aware of peoples needs.
My priorities
- I like to see that when development takes place people should be consulted.
- East gate shopping centre to be extended providing more facilities to the area.
- The area needs bank service for senior citizen and good post office service.
