Why I'm standing

I am frustrated with the current decisions of council and the lack of progress. I do believe we can get the city back to being the "coolest little capital" and the most vibrant, bringing back arts and culture. We need to get the basics done and push for progress for our beautiful city. We need to invest heavily and revive essential projects that have been neglected for decades. We can do this!

About me

I was born in bred in Island Bay and am part of the Italian community. My parents instilled in me the hardworking ethics: honesty, integrity and respect. I have been in business for over 30 years and have a strong will and persistence to "get things done." I believe I am vibrant and passionate about improving our city and along with like minded councillors can revive our city to be once again at its best!

My priorities
  1. Investing in infrastructure - this is critical and we have neglected this for decades!
  2. Public transport should be more efficient and frequent and free/heavily discounted to encourage its use.
  3. We need higher density housing in suitable areas while also protecting our heritage and character properties.
