I believe we need to ask those questions that are not answered. Perception is the key to understanding. When will our youth be supported on their career journeys? When will our elderly who have the knowledge be valued? Why do we have the highest rates, but fundamentals like roads, pathways and housing are not being addressed? What do we need to do to get our needs addressed and receive funding!
I have been learning all my life. In the last 20 years, I have gained bachelor's degrees in Business Management, Information Systems and Psychology. I have specialised in change management, organisational change and the unrest that this produces. Knowing how to build, grow and evolve in this economic climate is needed more than ever! Let me help move us through the changes we are going to experience over the next three years.
