Why I'm standing
I am running because we need politicians and political parties that will enhance social cohesion through more transparency and accountability. I want to sit in the cross benches to hold the big parties accountable and advocate for what was promised.
About me
I am a Mexican born New Zealand citizen that struggled to break barriers to thrive in New Zealand and has watched New Zealand get more polarised and divided over the past 6 years. I will make sure that we build coalitions and cross party solidarity to solve the very complex issues we have to face. Two parties alone wont be able to.
My priorities
- Enhance social cohesion by investing in young people with free public transport, GP, and dental visits.
- Advocate for more transparency and improved management of Let's Get Wellington Moving.
- Deliver more affordable homes through a $3 billion Community Housing Fund.
