The Auckland Mayor leads the governing body of Auckland Council. The mayor’s job is to promote a vision for Auckland and lead the development of the council’s plans, policies and budget. Brings business experience in property investment. Qualified economist and community leader. Policies will future-proof Auckland as a greener, safer, more liveable region for all.
About me
I've served on council for six years as local board deputy chair and Whau ward councillor. I am the deputy chair of the council-controlled organisation committee and have oversight of Auckland's critical infrastructure and economic development arms. Bring business experience in property investment and running my own consultancy in the UK. I'm a qualified economist and community leader.
