East Coast Bays Subdivision
The Hibiscus and Bays Local Board is one of 21 local boards in Auckland. The local board makes a plan for your area and decides on local issues, activities and facilities. It also oversees council services and facilities in your area, including libraries and parks. The local board is made up of eight members. Members are elected to represent different subdivisions within the local board area. four members will be elected from your area. This is a first past the post (FPP) election, so you vote by ticking the name of your preferred candidate on your ballot paper.     Support a refreshed children's space in the East Coast Bays Library that is unique and colourful and supports popular activations.

  • Ensure North Harbour Stadium’s strategic plans reflect the historic intentions of the community and will not be hoodwinked by TAU.

    Fund and upgrade playgrounds, toilets and park furniture, prioritising Long Bay Regional Park and Browns Bay rather than reactive fixes.

    Support and explore private funding or sponsorship from private investors for local events to reduce exorbitant roading and setup costs.
