Why I'm standing

I believe real change happens in our community when we invest in each other. I will bring common-sense decision making to local board spending, cutting waste and ensuring ratepayer funds are used wisely in our community.

About me

I sit on the board of directors with Destination Ōrewa business association. I am a seasoned NZ business leader with decades of driving business success in trade-related industries, from boardroom strategy to hands-on local small and medium enterprise (SME) operations. I often roll up my sleeves behind the scenes in supporting our schools, charities, local events, thrift stores or grassroots projects.

My priorities
  1. Support coastal erosion initiatives and defence for Orewa Beach, Hatfields and Army Bay.
  2. Deter coastal poaching with stricter penalties and enforcement.
  3. Partner with business associations and WINZ to identify critical local skills shortages.
