Why I'm standing

I want to help improve our community by allowing for a more transparent, accountable, and efficient local government. With my experience I will cut waste, stop vanity projects and investment into special interest groups, while delivering policies and projects timely and efficiently. I believe that the local ratepayers deserve to see their money spent practically and effectively, benefiting the local community.

About me

As the director of a construction company with a background in electrical engineering, logical planning, and sticking to budgets and deadlines is the bread and butter that I live by. With my experience in construction and pragmatic mindset I can ensure that basic infrastructure is built well and cost effectively. Moreover, as a business owner I know the hardships of running a local business allowing me to help support local businesses and economy effectively.

My priorities
  1. Support local businesses and development with basic infrastructure which will keep up.
  2. Protect Orewa reserve with a revetment wall and oppose its naturalisation.
  3. Cut down waste, oppose vanity projects and special interest spending.
