Why I'm standing

I am running because I have lived in Kaipātiki for 24 years, raised my family here and I am deeply committed to our community's future. I have experienced beautiful cities worldwide and see our incredible potential to become not just a good place to live, but an awesome destination – a green city of the future that is a delight to live and work in. I want to bring fresh perspectives while learning from residents like you.

About me

My law degree enables me to navigate complex legislation and communicate clearly with residents and officials. My international experience provides valuable perspective on what makes cities truly liveable and inspiring. My marketing and communications background help me understand community needs and share decision-making transparently. Having served as member and chair of professional boards, I understand effective governance and collaborative decision-making. I bring the maturity to listen carefully, ask tough questions and focus on longterm community benefit.

My priorities
  1. Ensure development includes proper parking, green spaces and amenities that enhance neighbourhoods.
  2. Expand Business Improvement Districts to all our town centres to create destination experiences.
  3. Create 500 youth employment opportunities through partnerships between businesses and schools.
