Why I'm standing

I believe after five terms on council, the last three years as Mayor, Masterton still has huge potential for growth and progress. My experience will help build that into something special.

About me

Experience is a much-needed requirement in local government these days and I have that in spades. Used to making the tough calls so often required in the current environment.

My priorities
  1. Push hard to further current plans for water storage, including the likes of Kaituna.
  2. Ensure negativity does not stand in the way of projects with huge intergenerational benefits.
  3. Advocate strongly for enhanced health services for Masterton and the Wairarapa.
