Why I'm standing

I'm running because I care deeply about Masterton and the families who call it home. I want to ensure our community thrives, that local voices are heard, and that decisions are made responsibly to support growth, opportunities and fairness for everyone. I've seen firsthand how challenging it can be for families, migrants and young people in our town, and I want to bring practical experience and genuine compassion to the council table.

About me

I bring over 10 years of project management experience across local councils and central government, so I know how decisions impact communities and how to deliver results that matter. Combined with my work in schools, charities and community projects, I understand the challenges families face. I'm committed to listening, acting responsibly and leading Masterton toward a brighter, fairer future.

My priorities
  1. Support families by creating jobs and local growth.
  2. Protect the community from rising rates and financial pressure by spending responsibly.
  3. Foster inclusivity, especially for youth and migrant families, so everyone has the chance to succeed.
