Why I'm standing

I run a service and retail business in Masterton, where I lead a team and solve practical problems every day. I am standing for council because those skills—problem-solving, clear communication and accountability—are what our community needs. I am not here for a political career but because I care deeply about Masterton. I believe council should represent the people, and when the community is involved and focused on what matters, we build a stronger future for all.

About me

I bring practical leadership and a strong commitment to accountability to this role. I run a local business that has taught me how to listen carefully, make tough decisions and work collaboratively to achieve results. I believe in honest communication and involving the community in decisions that affect them. Having lived and worked in Masterton for years, I understand the challenges and opportunities our town faces, and I am dedicated to representing the interests of all residents.

My priorities
  1. Ensure efficient delivery of core council services.
  2. Keep rates affordable and sustainable.
  3. Support local businesses and job growth.
