Why I'm standing

The Mosgiel-Taieri area is a wonderful place to live for people raising families, those in their retirement, and everyone in between. I'm running for the board to advocate for pragmatic solutions to future-proof our population growth. The years ahead are exciting as we continue to build a community that serves our needs, and those of our children and grandchildren.

About me

I have the energy and drive to advocate with a strong and practical voice for our community with the DCC. I enjoy connecting with people and listening to their needs and concerns. I am involved with Silverstream School, Taieri Tennis Club, and the Taieri BMX Club, and through my work in adventure tourism I have excellent people skills, and the ability to bring people together to enact positive change.

My priorities
  1. Continue the work of the previous boards to advocate for a heavy-traffic by-pass and safer roads.
  2. Work together with the ORC to continue flood mitigation upkeep.
  3. Continue to support efforts regarding the Mosgiel Recreation Area Reserve Management Plan.
