Why I'm standing

I was concerned by international events; wars, polarisation and rejection of science. While our politics is not as bad, we face some of the same pressures and I wanted to stand up for good governance.

About me

I have represented the community before as a board member at Logan Park High School and at the Dunedin Rudolf Steiner School. I have strong financial governance skills and have served on the boards of a credit union and a property development company. I have served the community through the Bus Users Support Group Otago and the Transition Valley group in North East Valley.

My priorities
  1. Prepare for shocks from the ailing international economy and the end of economic growth.
  2. Ensure the wellbeing of all people in Otago and the health of ecosystems.
  3. Reduce inequality between residents.
