Why I'm standing

I love Motukairangi and the Eastern Suburbs. Our neighbourhood is a microcosm of everything that makes Wellington great: we've got great forests, the best beaches, sweet breweries, cafes and restaurants, even a movie and gaming industry. There's no place I'd rather raise my kids and I will work hard every day to make it a better place for everyone.

About me

My background as a water policy specialist, in law, and as a volunteer tree planter, kids' sports coach and stay-at-home dad gives me the experience necessary to be an effective councillor. My professional and personal history means I understand the value of collaboration and teamwork to deliver lasting solutions for us all.

My priorities
  1. Improve speed, reliability and affordability of buses.
  2. Invest in water infrastructure so that leaks reduce and resilience to flooding improves.
  3. Increase supply of good-quality affordable homes, especially for renters and first-home buyers.
