Why I'm standing

I believe that climate change is a serious challenge which our city requires immediate action to deal with. I believe that the future lies in young people having a say in how our communities are run. Being elected to the Albert-Eden Local Board will allow me to have an impact on our community and ensure that steps are taken to plan for our rapidly changing future.

About me

I will always advocate for all voices to be present at the table, as well as comprehensive community consultation. I will reach out to other young people, who are the age group with the least involvement in local government. I live in Mt Eden and went to Auckland Grammar School, so I am deeply connected to the local community and will always do my best to represent it.

My priorities
  1. Ensure that diverse voices have a say in decisions, so that outcomes are better for everybody
  2. Take immediate climate action, to ensure that our city stays green in our rapidly changing future
  3. Protect and restore our native bush, to make our city more liveable for everybody.
