Why I'm standing

I love working for our city and have enjoyed being elected for the past 15 years. I'd like to continue to use the skills and experience I've gained to continue many of the great projects I've started. I want to continue to deliver a safe transport network for everyone, and continue working on ways to reduce transport emissions. Thank you for your support over the years, I'd love to be your number one preferred candidate.

About me

I love Hamilton and have lived here for around 40 years. My friends and family live here and when I have time, which isn't often, I spend free time in my garden growing my own vegetables. I enjoy the cut and thrust of a good debate in the chamber and have worked hard over the years to find new ways to engage with the people I represent. Thank you for your support over those years.

My priorities
  1. Building a safer and more equitable transport system for all users.
  2. Ensuring we plan and fund the right infrastructure to support the business and homes we need.
  3. Continue to ensure council is transparent and accountable to the communities it serves.
