Why I'm standing

I'm standing to support the elimination of the Three Waters reform. I'm standing to help deliver the Resource Management Act reforms in a way that ensures fairness to all, with a reduction in bureaucracy and red tape. In regard to co-governance, I do not support the current process of people being appointed to committees and boards based on race, when it should be merit and experience that matters.

About me

It takes backbone, now more than ever, to stand up for community rights. Our freedoms are being rapidly removed, and it's taking place behind closed doors. I have a thick skin, and love to represent people and communities, rather than bureaucracy. Few councillors are actually working for the ratepayer. I will work hard for you, as I have in the past. That's a promise.

My priorities
  1. Oppose the Three Waters bill, until it's defeated.
  2. Advocate for democracy in committee and board appointments. Support merit-based, not race-based.
  3. Support rates reductions, oppose increases. Work for the ratepayer, not bureaucracy.
