Why I'm standing
I want to be part of a National Party that addresses the economy, law and order, health, and education to lift our economic, social and environmental prosperity.
About me
I have a lot of experience as a strong voice for the people of Whangārei anchored on years of work as a Whangārei GP, DHB director, and Māori health provider. Whangārei and Northland have unique needs including rurality and social deprivation. Lobbying for this needs a track record and trusted strong relationships in Wellington.
My priorities
- Build the four lanes from Whangārei to Auckland. This is our single biggest economic driver.
- Reinstate law and order. Ram raids and burglaries need to stop. Enough.
- Reduce hospital wait lists and GP wait times. People need timely access to quality health care.
