C&R - Communities and Residents

Why I'm standing

I have lived in Albert-Eden for 15 years, with my wider family fourth-generation residents. I'm standing to deliver practical, common-sense decision-making focused on what works for communities, not political ideology. My goal is to keep Albert-Eden one of Auckland's best places to live and work, with thriving neighbourhoods, vibrant town centres, and well-maintained parks, facilities, and infrastructure that meet the needs of current residents and future generations while supporting a strong, connected community.

About me

I bring leadership, management, and hands-on problem-solving skills, with experience directing organisations, managing budgets, and delivering results. I connect well with people from all walks of life and have built strong relationships across diverse communities. My background spans government, business, and community service. My focus is on sensible, well-designed growth supported by infrastructure, smart council spending that keeps rates low, and creating safer, connected communities where Albert-Eden remains one of Auckland's best places to live.

My priorities
  1. Support well-designed housing growth supported by infrastructure while protecting character and green spaces.
  2. Balance the needs of pedestrians, cyclists and road users, making neighbourhoods safe and accessible.
  3. Prudent, smart spending to keep rates fair and deliver value for current and future generations.
