Why I'm standing

I love the area and want to make it even better than it already is. I passionately believe council needs to connect and listen to the community, fund projects that make the area accessible for all and support community groups to do great things. I want to help build neighbourhoods and a city that cares about its people. I've done a lot since I was first elected, but there's still more we can do together.

About me

I have a mix of strong skills. I grew up in Albert-Eden and am the current board deputy chair. I trained as a nurse and now focus on contributing to good local and regional governance. I have 15 years experience at council in a variety of roles as well as sitting on school boards, a licensing trust and the Auckland Light Rail Establishment Board. Most importantly, I listen, I care and want to contribute.

My priorities
  1. Support locals to create stronger, more connected communities.
  2. Make decisions and fund projects that create a healthier environment.
  3. Plan for a brighter future for the area and the city.
