Why I'm standing

I'm running because Albert-Eden needs a strong local voice - and it doesn't get any stronger or more local than me. I have lived here for the past three decades, with good health - I intend to stay for the next three to come. I am very much a product of the very community I now wish to represent. The decisions made at the local level matter, they are important and I'll do us proud.

About me

A proud Mount Albert Grammar School Old Boy, I have been schooled locally (Edendale and Balmoral Intermediate) - I know Albert-Eden inside out. I combine deep local knowledge with a decade of governance and community experience. I listen, collaborate, and act decisively, ensuring every resident's voice is heard and our community continues to thrive - together.

My priorities
  1. Keep rates low while investing in essential infrastructure.
  2. Support development that builds community and character, not just projects dropped onto a map.
  3. Maintain weekly rubbish collection. Cutting it risks illegal dumping and environmental harm.
