Why I'm standing

I want my children - and yours - to grow up in a Bay that's still beautiful, still thriving, and still a great place to live and work. Tauranga deserves a voice that understands the balance between protecting our environment and supporting the people and businesses who call it home. We need more work boots on council and fewer shiny shoes.

About me

I'm not a politician. I'm honest, listen more than I talk, ask questions that matter, and speak up when it counts. A lifetime spent on the water, living and working in very close proximity to all kinds of wildlife, has given me a unique appreciation for the various species that we share the BoP with.

My priorities
  1. Represent the average family by making practical decisions that keep rates down.
  2. Protect what we love while building what we need.
  3. Reduce sedimentation in our harbours.
