Why I'm standing
I'm running for election because I care deeply about our community and want to ensure Devonport-Takapuna remains safe, vibrant and connected. I'm passionate about protecting our local environment and waterways, supporting sustainable initiatives, making sure infrastructure is fit for purpose, and giving residents a strong voice in decisions that shape our neighbourhood for families, youth and future generations.
About me
I will make a good elected representative because I have strong ties to our community, understand local issues, and listen carefully to residents' concerns. I bring practical experience in community projects and environmental initiatives, and I am committed to working collaboratively, fairly and transparently to represent everyone in Devonport-Takapuna. I believe in giving all voices a chance to be heard and turning ideas into meaningful action.
My priorities
- Protect waterways by supporting clean-up and planting projects to keep streams and harbours healthy.
- Support local businesses by connecting them with resources and events to keep our community thriving.
- Improve active transport by creating safe paths, bike lanes and better public transport options.
