Why I'm standing

I believe in a brighter future for Horowhenua — a place we're proud to live, work, and play. The next council's decisions will shape that future for our children and theirs. I'm committed to using my skills and experience to protect what we value, improve what we have, and serve our community with integrity and vision.

About me

I have a mindset grounded in service to others. I bring strong financial and business acumen, with the confidence to balance community needs and financial sustainability. I ask the tough questions, weigh priorities, and make sound decisions. I listen deeply, stay curious, and have the courage to lean into hard conversations. I understand the importance of building consensus and fostering collaboration to deliver decisions that genuinely improve lives.

My priorities
  1. Stay on track for a balanced budget by 2027/28 with zero-based budgeting and smart spending.
  2. Revitalise Levin's centre into a vibrant hub that drives economic growth and community connection.
  3. Develop Donnelly Park masterplan to future-proof sport and recreation for a growing community.
