Why I'm standing

I am seeking election to strengthen council's strategic planning and improve the delivery of services. Raised in this district, I bring both local knowledge and international experience from my work in Saudi Arabia as a veterinary epidemiologist and dairy veterinary group manager for the world's largest dairy farms. Now home and farming, I want to use that experience for our community.

About me

My background is in systems thinking, quality assurance, data analysis and continuous improvement. I will focus on clear goals, measurable results and strong stewardship for the future.

My priorities
  1. Set clear community outcomes consistent across the strategies, policies and bylaws and reviewed.
  2. Set clear council outputs that are defined, measured and results reported monthly to council.
  3. Continually improve processes by mapping processes, documenting best practice and having checklists in place.
