Why I'm standing

I believe we need greater connection between council and the public. I support councils governing and providing services for their communities. I believe public engagement, transparency and facilitating feedback should be a priority.

About me

I have built a wide network across our community giving me a balanced view of many of the issues we face. I enjoy hearing other people's perspectives and have the ability to listen and make decisions based on what is good for the collective rather than just what I believe. I also have real-life experience across a number of industries which require strategic and critical thinking to make decisions and solve problems.

My priorities
  1. Reconnect and strengthen the relationship between council and the public.
  2. Explore alternative funding options for key infrastructure projects to ease the ratepayer burden.
  3. Focus on smart future planning and ensure ratepayers receive value for money.
