Why I'm standing

I am running because I care about Riccarton and believe our community deserves strong, independent representation. I have experienced how important it is to listen, communicate and follow through from my time on the Community Board. I want to keep residents informed, make it easy for people to have their say and ensure decisions reflect genuine local input. I am committed to being approachable, responsive and focused on what matters most to the people who call Riccarton home.

About me

I live in Riccarton and am actively involved in our community. I run my own business in IT and employment relations, and I chair Neighbourhood Support Christchurch, helping to build safer, more connected neighbourhoods. I have learned to listen, communicate clearly and work constructively with people from all walks of life. I am independent, approachable and committed to ensuring local voices are heard, turning ideas into action and following through on commitments.

My priorities
  1. Fix Riccarton Road traffic by pushing for smarter, safer roading decisions near Westfield.
  2. Launch a community email newsletter to keep residents informed and engaged.
  3. Support more trees and green spaces to improve Riccarton's environment.
