Why I'm standing

A car crashed into my house in 2018 after many other crashes into properties in my area/ward and the council did not do anything about it, so I decided to run back in 2019. I advocated for a skidpad to be built away from the residential area to force boy racers away from streets outside homes. Since then I have discovered many other issues that need addressing and working on.

About me

I believe people are extremely important and should be respected, valued and given worth. In 2015 I was shocked by the rife homelessness under the National government so I immersed myself in politics as I wanted to help and make a difference. I was Vice President of Eastern Institute of Technology's Student Association and have political experience working with different political parties and obtained a Diploma in Arts in Politics and International Relations in 2021.

My priorities
  1. Protect our water resource and responsibility and ensure it is of excellent quality and quantity.
  2. Represent ratepayers and residents who question the climate change narrative and ensure preparation.
  3. Project Beautify Hastings – ensure streets are cleaned and fences and properties are looking good.
