Why I'm standing

Prior to becoming a councillor, I pledged action toward urban rejuvenation, innovation, community engagement and delivering our core services better. We have made great progress but there is much that remains. Moving forward, we need a strong voice committed to protecting our assets, delivering optimal reform outcomes and planned infrastructure projects; museum, city centre rejuvenation and Three Waters.

About me

I'm energetic, excited and completely dedicated to driving Invercargill forward. I work tirelessly for the future of Invercargill. Armed with strength of character, youthful perspective and personal integrity, I will continue to employ fiscally responsible leadership and strive to ensure the interests of ratepayers and residents always come first. I have learned a great deal over the past six years and continue to serve and remain steadfast in attendance and commitment.

My priorities
  1. Ensuring our CBD urban rejuvenation projects are completed and delivered. Restart the heart!
  2. Support our youth, elderly, families, and communities with a focus on transparency and connection.
  3. Drive for the best reform outcomes for Bluff and Invercargill at a national level.
