I want to ensure that Invercargill remains a great place to live and that the natural areas are protected and provide residents with good recreational options.
About me
I have lived in Invercargill and worked for council as drainage manager for many years. I have a strong commitment to the protection and enhancement of natural environments within the city, and currently volunteer for and am chairman of the Omaui Landcare Charitable Trust. I believe I have knowledge and experience in these areas, which will help council to form good policies in these areas.
My priorities
- Ensure quality services are provided by council at affordable cost to ratepayers.
- Ensure Three Water reforms provide high quality service delivery and environmental results.
- Improve council natural environments through appropriate pest animal and plant management.
