Why I'm standing

I love working for our community and have had a productive term. However, there is more that I want to achieve for you: I want to continue working on your behalf to improve our environment and water quality; increase public transport options; and continue to advocate against bloated council costs, unnecessary spending and the constant threat of park sales.

About me

I have many years of community service including having served as a Local Board member, North Shore City Councillor and Community Board member. This has provided me with an extensive understanding of our communities needs. I have an MPhil Public Policy, in local government and active recreation. I also have experience as a member of the Birkenhead Licensing Trust. I grew up in Kaipātiki and live in Beach Haven with my husband and two boys.

My priorities
  1. Continue working on your behalf to improve our environment and water quality.
  2. Increase public transport options.
  3. Continue to advocate against bloated council costs and the constant threat of park sales.
