I have had the privileges of citizenship and feel this is an opportunity to give back to my community, using the skills I have developed.

I have extensive governance and management experience, within education and in community situations. I am able to work collaboratively with others to achieve consensus-driven outcomes. I respect the views of others and am willing to adapt my views in the light of new information. I am used to managing finances and working within policy parameters. I have managed staff and been a leader in many situations.
My priorities
- Reduce emissions and encourage greater use of public transport.
- Ensure housing planning caters for green spaces and areas for children to play.
- Encourage recycling and expand inorganic collections.
