Our urban spaces are people centric, safe and welcoming and our residents have safe walking access to park and play areas.

A change in policy and attitude from Tasman District Council is needed now! We have a huge housing issue the current Resource Management Act is FLAWED!
Encourage low-impact housing to allow our young people a chance to have their own homes and get out of the rent trap.
Restructuring the compliance division to stop ordinary people being treated as criminals for simply being too poor to own real estate.
Support medium intensification to deliver dynamic, liveable spaces, rather than expansion into productive land and greenbelts.
Build affordable, smaller, climate smart and quality housing solutions.
Support local communities to address homelessness and rented housing issues. Provide support to respond locally.
