Why I'm standing

I believe Wellington needs a council that can work together to make well-informed, positive decisions to ensure the city is a great place to live in and work – both today and tomorrow. We need a council with people who are capable of working together, and who will listen to other perspectives around the table and from the community. My track record shows I have the experience and qualities to be an informed, positive voice.

About me

Few people have my track record of service to Wellington. With nearly 30 years of governance of a range of community organisations, my commitment to service is self-evident. I have a deep understanding of grassroots needs and interests. I worked closely and collaboratively in all my voluntary roles. People know I get things done. My experience and personal qualities make me ideal to be a councillor. I bring an informed, positive voice.
